Career and Technical Education (CTE) Initiatives At the Virginia Career Education Foundation we are always searching for new and creative initiatives that meet high standards for success; initiatives that promote quality career and technical programs and build strong relationships between CTE programs and the industries which ultimately benefit from such programs. There are many such high quality CTE initiatives in Virginia.
